Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original presentation boxes and place them in a secure outer mailing box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Cult Pens
Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service or courier point.
Processing & Refund
Once our specialists inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
